Walk on Water

Walk on Water For real, embodied confidence

You've made the decision. Maybe you said yes to something that scared you. Maybe you quit, or launched something. You're committed and now you're in the liminal space of who you were and who you are becoming.

That vertigo is real. And it doesn't mean you made the wrong choice.

Walk on Water was made for the in-between, and for anytime you desire some liquid courage.

Confidence in a bottle.

What's in it, and why

Plum blossom, with thorn — for the softness and the edge of a bold commitment. Plum blossoms open in late winter, on bare branches, before conditions are comfortable. The thorn is kept for enhanced boundaries.

Star magnolia — for dignity. Star magnolia blooms before almost anything else, and it is an ancient plant. It does not wait for permission and neither does this remedy ask you to.

White hibiscus — for grace under uncertainty. Hibiscus supports full presence. Staying open and embodied in the unknown rather than armouring against it.

Moon flower — for trust in what you can't yet see. Moon flower blooms at night, opening fully without any light (aside from the moon). It supports the part of you that moves forward on inner knowing rather than proof.

Nicotiana — for staying grounded through the crossing. Nicotiana is the earthing element. Keeping us bound in our aligned action for our perfect miracle.

How to use it

  • Four sprays under the tongue, four times daily — cumulative, designed for the whole crossing, not just the leap

  • Before the moments that ask the most of you: the meeting, the announcement, the first day

  • Whenever the vertigo rises and you need to find your footing again

  • Let it work while you do

If flower essences are new to you

Flower essences work on the emotional body. Each one is made by infusing flowers in sunlit/moonlit water, capturing the energetic signature of the plant. They don't sedate, they don't suppress, and they don't require a diagnosis. They work gently and cumulatively, helping you become more available to your own wisdom.

Confidence isn't the absence of fear. It's the ability to stay in your body while the fear moves through. Walk on Water doesn't remove the uncertainty, it helps you trust your footing inside it.
